Our team

Matthew Davis, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB, is the founder and president of Davis Architecture, Inc. He has served as Principal Architect since 1995.

He has organized and led design teams best suited for the scale of each of project so that his client's resources are put to the best use. Services include consultation, design, and construction administration.

Matt graduated from Clemson University in 1987 with a Bachelor's of Science. He later returned to Clemson University, earning a Master's degree in Architecture in 1992.

He is a member of several professional associations including:

AIA (American Institute of Architects)

NCARB (National Council of Architecture Review Boards)

LEED Accredited Professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)

Rotary Club of Spring Valley (Past President 2006-2007)

Christian Schnider serves as project manager and has over twenty years of experience with Davis Architecture. With experience in design and construction administration services, he has demonstrated expertise in interpreting and implementing architectural concepts. He has a talent for establishing a rapport with contractors, estimators, project managers, engineers, and clients. He has expert knowledge of residential and commercial building codes, code compliance, and in the inspection of such disciplines in the construction field. He has earned degrees in business administration and community development.

Kristopher Jennings has an Associate Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology as well as certificates in Architectural Computer Graphics and Architectural Systems and Codes. He specializes in 3D drafting as well as working with clients. Kristopher is a combat veteran who served as a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. His time off is spent hiking the trails of South Carolina with his dog, Ellie.

As Director of Business Development, Cole leads pursuit of prospective opportunities across all sectors for Davis Architecture. Prior to joining Davis Architecture, he served on the external affairs and executive communications teams for the president’s office at the University of South Carolina. Cole graduated from University of South Carolina in 2020.
