This private residence is located on the Lexington, SC side of Lake Murray. It is located on a private point, overlooking the Lake Murray Dam. The project was a renovation that included the reuse of an existing indoor pool and detached garage. The final design connected the garage and pool with a residence that included double, free-standing curved stairs, a tower overlooking the lake and a professionally designed theater.
